If you own a copyright in a photograph, a description, a logo or any other material and you believe it appears in Fireworks Bible without permission, write to our designated agent. We read every message and we act on valid notices promptly.

What to put in your notice
So we can act without writing back to you for more, please include your signature, physical or electronic, as the owner or someone authorized to act for the owner; the work you say is infringed; the material you say is infringing, with a direct link or a product name and page so we can find it; your address, telephone number and email address; a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
You do not need a lawyer to send a notice and there is no form to buy. A plain email containing the items above is enough.
If you would rather not send a formal notice
If you are a store, a manufacturer or a brand and you simply want a photograph, a logo or a listing removed or corrected, write to support@fireworksbible.com and say so. We will act on the request promptly. You do not have to use the formal process to get something taken down.
If your material was removed and you think that was a mistake
You may send a counter notification to the same agent. Our Terms of Use set out what it must contain and what happens next, including the ten to fourteen business day period before material is restored.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Our Repeat Infringer Policy is published at www.fireworksbible.com/repeat-infringer-policy.
A notice or a counter notification that makes a material misrepresentation can make the sender liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. section 512(f). Please send one only if you mean it.
